Today was a family day. Just us, being us.
We were reminded by our 4 year old that Sunday equals swimming, so swimming we went. With selling our house in Ottawa, to househunting, to moving, we haven't given this ritual much time ,although we've swum in many a hotel the last month. But, hotel is not a Sunday swim, followed by Dairy Queen, followed by cuddling on the couch, maybe napping, and watching t.v.
Today feels normal.
Next week he goes away for 10 days. We're all going to miss him terribly.
