Day 134: The way of the minivan

He's home now, which means, obviously, that I've been distracted away from blogging.

A quick recap of the weekend goes as follows:
We had a lovely Thanksgiving away at my inlaws (where we get to sleep and read and take a break from child minding thanks to the wonder of Nana and Papa). We went for two walks, looked for mushrooms, counted deer and enjoyed the sun and beautiful coloured trees. We went the way of the minivan today. A cobalt blue goliath, 7 passenger stow and go. I foresee a camping trip somewhere in our future. I foresee many years of fun.

Today was also my daughter's first field trip. A farm one with pumpkin picking, apple eating and chicken watching. Tomorrow we're back to school and swimming.
