A little week long absence...a full week with my sister, then husby came home and a nice weekend with him. This morning he left for 5 days of fun 100 miles out.
Tomorrow my good friend Lara comes with her little guy who I've never met. We lived together 9 years ago, in a fun, full of people, full of change, lots of lots all the time. Lots of singing, lots of drama. Good times!
One of my most poignant memories in that house was Lara walking from the deck through the house proclaiming, "Remember this!!! This will never happen ever again." And I didn't quite get it at the time...
But, now I do.
